Being Optimistic…

Another passing month…Well 2021 seems to be more of cancelled trips vs Sudden plans at-least for me.What can be more annoying for a last moment trip drop:( Nothing can be done about such situations rather than being OPTIMISTIC the way along as far as you are ready for the next trip instantly.

Man often becomes what he believes himself to be.If i keep on saying to myself that I cannot do a certain thing,it is possible that I may end by really becoming incapable of doing it.On the contrary,If I believe that I can do it,I shall surely acquire the capacity to do it even if I may not have it in the beginning” –Mahatma Gandhi. Optimism can be applied here which can lead you to be happier and healthier.But what is optimism?It describes how optimists are always looking for the best in every situation and hoping/expecting that things Will turn out well in future.Even if some bad situation occurs,they will look at that as an experience.And Yes! It’s 💯 % true that optimists are happier and healthier.When some disastrous situation occurs the most important thing is how you look at that problem?If you look at it as negative,then the negative emotions get developed and you will have bad attitude towards every parallel situation ahead.If you feel the opposite i.e. +ve,then you will cheer yourself up not to give up,not to fear,to move on,to fight,to feel good.Being Optimistic is not hard to do at all.The thumb rule is not to ignore the problem and hoping the things will change to be better one in future.

Some tips to allow yourself to be optimistic :

1)Finding Opportunity In Every Difficulty.

2)Surrounding Yourself With Positive Minds.

3)Inspiring Yourself With Smile and Positive Reminders.

4)Focusing on the present and rejecting the past.
