Do you know the most complicate part of our body is “Brain”.It has the ability to to send enormous amount of information.The brain can’t feel pain,it interprets pain signals sent to it,but it does not feel pain.Just like the rest of your body,the brain needs a healthy diet,exercise,and the right amount of sleep to perform its best.There is a sophistication and elegance about the way in which some people approach the nature of the mind.Let’s begin with the deadliest key to mind i.e. “Tranquility”. It’s nothing but a. State in which one attains a peace of mind in the present moment the place doesn’t matter all it matters is the train of thoughts running on the track of your life and this totally depends on the individual how many simultaneous tracks are being allotted to keep the function as is.There are all sorts of individual who do not achieve tranquility of mind,for different reasons.Some suffer from fickleness,continually changing their goals and yet always regretting what they have just given up.Other people are not fickle,not because of their consistency,but rather because of their dullness.They “go on living not in the way they wish,but the way they have began to live.”Still others believe that the way to beat their fickleness is to travel far and wide,but of course simply carry their own problems with them.Our problems do not reside in the place where we live,but in ourselves “How long are we going to do same thing ?,” isn’t it time to examine what we do and why?

I am convinced that the life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it.And so it is with you..we are in charge of our attitudes.According to scientific theory , the human being began as the animal,developed through the savage and consummated in the modern civilised man.This sets an example of what could be achieved when we attain such tranquility in daily life not less than a superpower😍.
