It’s been a decade since such pandemic has brought down the entire world to pause which is almost impacting everyones lives this days. Its been days since we have stepped out of our cities.Work on routine like never before, laziness is just getting rid of our lives now everyone is trying to get a full packed routine so they can spend some time and keep themselves busy to avoid boredom. Finally getting up early, having a healthy breakfast and exercising everyday is becoming a habit now. Most importantly the excuse “I don’t have time” has expired. We have time to read all those books we have bought and never opened, watch all movies on the list, drafting all content playing in my head.Personally if I don’t do it now,it feels like I never will. Some days can be harder than others and it’s just fine to take care of ourselves in every way. Also if we take a glimpse on the kitchen nowadays they are almost packed with yummy tummy filled receipies shared across the phone’s.Its an obvious thing this has turned out to be never imagined situation in the entire world but there’s a saying “Self healing has been the finest art ever” if we look at the past years the way humanity is moving forward is unbelievable but during this rat race humans didn’t realised all this materialistic things are heading towards disturbing the Mother Nature unknowingly and no doubt at times nature’s has warned us with unusual weather conditions or natural events happening across the country but the current situation showed up a live example and a lesson to all “Its time to heal ourselves too”.While the global population battles the pandemic,Mother nature is healing herself. The positive results to the environment include decreased air pollution from factories and cars. For the first time in 30 years, the Himalayas are visible from India. While we are pinned under a global lockdown, wild animals all over the planet have come out in groups to reclaim their territory.Eventually this planet is all we have.
Covid-19 outbreak has not only locked up the economy but also a mentally locked up situation which is really hard to cope up specially if someone has a habit of carrying a social life. The impact gets worst if the space called “home” is inappropriately suited for the “lockdown”beyond a certain period. It can be time bomb. Thus emotional instability leading to unwarranted behaviours that can be more accurate and even life-threatening.This human centric aspect is somehow not being emphasise enough, especially in context of mental health involving students and youngsters. But,it is now sufficient if the mind remains locked up.This what we must grasp moving forward to claim our humanity before the coronavirus get the better of it.But first, please unlock your mind!Be mentally healthy, unlike the hands, don’t be brainwashed!
