Being Strong…

Have you ever been in a position where you can’t find answers to any of the problems you facing in life.Everything seems to be fucked up like a shit and all you can do is just sit and watch the game of life the more you try to run away from someone who has been the reason for this mess the more likely you get attracted knowingly or unknowingly to such person.Inspite of breaking all kind of communications with such person but still the connection remains alive back in the mind which eventually force us to cross our minds or path with such person. We are put into situations from which we can’t get out of or feel like we are stuck. Also it doesn’t matters how much we try hard to get things back in pace as before we end up making in complicated more, as we are not sure to listen to heart or mind in such situations. For some people it becomes too difficult to make new Friends too as they are afraid of what if this person would again create a same mess too as before. Everything seems to be so dull even a new product in the shopping cart doesn’t gives a feeling of excitement.Such situations leaves a feeling a numbness as anywhere we look we see problems, therefore making us look weak and vulnerable. So many thoughts are racing through mind during this weeks of recovery. But the experience taught many lessons it doesn’t matters you are a Capricorn or a tough tiger. No matter who you are,how much you earn, how rock solid your life feels, problems are inevitable. But the way you respond to these is optional. Here’s how to stay mentally strong during such crises:

1.Accept Reality

Accept the situation. That doesn’t mean you have to agree with what’s going on,but it does mean that you’re willing to acknowledge reality.Only then you can take positive action.

2.Don’t worry about building the strength right now.

It’s not the time to worry about strength building -its time to put the strength you already have into action.

3.Seek Support.

Whatever you do,make sure that you ask questions, tell people what you need, and get emotional support that could assist you.

4.Practice Self Care.

As difficult it May be to eat and sleep,it’s important to take care of your body when you’re in midst of crisis.Make healthy choices.

5)Create a helpful mantra.

Develop an affirmation, like,”I’ve survived tough times before I will get through this too,”and repeat it to yourself as needed. It can help drown out the negative thoughts that are bound to swirl in your mind.

“A heart that always understands also gets tired”
