Emotions…

 “EMOTIONS” nowadays more trending on emojis. Different mood evoke different emotions. At some point in life we realise how important are this emotions and intentions. Some people are so stone hearted at some situations they don’t even have any idea about what this emotions and feelings mean. Such a wonderful feeling to understand connections with those people who are emotionally connected to us in every sad and happy phases of life. Even when that person is not around we can feel the vibes of that person when such happy or sad moment arises. Emotions and feelings are centric to our life. They allow us to achieve the personal growth of our life by motivating us towards this growth. While our whole life is built around emotion, many people do not understand what they are or how they develop. Every person has the ability to experience and express emotion. Since emotions are natural, the act of feeling emotion is morally neutral . Each person has some degree of control over what they feel and how they express and share their feelings . Emotional responses are both physiological and psychological. These responses influence perception, learning and performance. Emotions are instruments that aim at “the possession of suitable objects”, thus leading us to “reach the perfection of our personality” 

No matter how hard you try you cannot control your emotions, only an attempt made to hide them. Emotions influence every aspect of our lives, what we do, what we say. All of our emotions, from anger to insecurity, are influenced by several factors, just as our lives are influenced by our emotions. First of all, it causes problems when one does not trust himself, and it shows up in many ways. Some people brag to call attention to themselves, causing others to believe that the egoistic person has a lot of self-respect. Very often though, egotism can be an attempt to cover up insecurity in a person who does not feel they will be good enough without it Many factors influence anger. Most anger is caused by a situation that makes one feel uncomfortable. This uncomfortable feeling could also be described as feeling threatened. Feeling threatened could lead to angry feelings because a threat can cause harm. Things that could make one feel threatened include disapproval, betrayal, deprivation, exploitation, manipulation, frustration, violence, and humiliation. One has their own ways of handling anger, most of which are unhealthy. Denial is one way of handling anger by using self-deception. In denial, one does not allow themselves to register a feeling that is threatening in one way or another. Emotions affect everything we do, colouring every thought and action. They are an essential ingredient to our lives and our survival. But how and why do we experience these emotions? What function do they have? What would life be like without our emotions, if indeed there would be life!

Emotion is a strong sentiment of any kind that you feel about someone or something. On the other hand, state of mind is refer as feeling. It either gives pleasure or disturbance to you. Among the negative states in the list of human emotions are anxiety, doubt, apathy, anger and feeling worthless etc. Joy, love and feeling courageous are some of the beneficial to the state of mind. Your sensation does not happen at spur . It starts off from thinking, mind images and self talks. What you witness, listen to or sense inside causes your feelings. What is happening around you is only a spark off. You may have seen an episodes or condition that occured in your past and it give impacts to you. You then relate that intuition onto any new situation that provides the spark off. Your feelings overwhelms your capabillity of being rational.Your emotions are affected when you say something to yourself. Words may express your sensation. And how you name it will affect your response. Keep away from careless language. Pick your words attentively when you talk to yourself. Avoid telling the things that you refuse to feel. Constant usage of negative words make you feel inadequate and defeated.

The only purpose of this emotions is to communicate with others.It is in the vulnerable space of emotional communications that we connect through empathy. Our facial expression, tone and tempo of voice, and body language are more impactful than the words we use. Emotional expressions are universal and cross-cultural.
